Unlimited private Telehealth Counselling and Executive Coaching for the members of your team.
$1500 +GST* billed monthly.

CALLING THE HELPLINE
Beth has been dealing with personal issues, which are interfering with her job performance. On her way to her desk this morning, she notices a poster that informs her that a confidential counselling and support helpline is available. Beth calls the number on the poster and speaks to our compassionate, friendly team, who asks her some simple data collection questions and arranges for her to speak with a counsellor.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT
After she requested the helpline, Beth received a call back from a friendly psychotherapist and executive coach shortly afterwards. Following the session, the coach suggests that Beth would benefit from five more sessions of telephone counselling and executive coaching, which our case managers arrange for her.
COACHING SESSIONS
As a result of her coaching sessions with Beth, she is now eligible to utilize Positive Breakthroughs Employee Assistance Program (EAP) where she receives the support she needs to resolve her issues. Now that Beth is more focused at work, she is more productive.
Peter, who has been experiencing a lack of motivation-related problems, reads the monthly mental health newsletter on his morning commute to work, sent by HR. He clicks the link to the employee assistance website and books an advice session with a specialist executive coach.
Later that day, during Peter’s lunch break, he receives the pre-arranged call back from a friendly executive coach and discusses his situation. They propose a clear plan to work towards finding motivation so that he feels happier at his workplace.
After having his session, Peter feels very relieved as his burden and anxiety around lack of motivation has been lifted. His colleagues notice that he is more engaged and less distracted at work.
